I had just gotten back from an eye doctor that told me that these giant shadows in my eyes were “floaters” and that if I suddenly see a “black veil” going over my eyes, it means my retina is detaching and I should give him a call. So Naturally I took this information and thought about how tricky the eyes could be. “See it to believe it” becomes a tough statement to live by when you’re seeing things.
